1. Purpose of Our Services

Our Site and communication channels are provided to help patients and prospective patients learn about our services, schedule appointments, and communicate with our team regarding care. Our Site is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of harming yourself or others, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

2. Permitted Use

You may use our Site and services only for lawful purposes, including:

Our SMS program is intended for appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support. SMS is not a secure channel for detailed medical information and should not be used for emergencies. You may reply “STOP” at any time to opt out or “HELP” for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We handle your health information in accordance with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices. You agree not to attempt to access, view, or disclose any health information that does not belong to you or that you are not legally authorized to access.
